3-4 hours before reset Ask members to clear help, donations, gathering, and daily event tasks. This catches casual members before they disappear for the day.

1 hour before event push Remind players what to hold, what to finish, and whether rallies or troop actions are planned. One clear message prevents scattered spending and missed score windows.

After reset Post the next target: code check, queue focus, resource hold, or rally block. Players return faster when the alliance already has a simple next action.
